Sharon Feanny is a Jamaican born, world-class wellness expert and longevity specialist with over 30 years of transforming lives through her integrative approach to optimal health. As a certified yoga and meditation instructor, published author of the bestselling “Live Fit Kitchen™” Cookbook, and certified health coach, Sharon specializes in longevity practices, protein based, plant-forward nutrition, stress management, Detox Programs and strength training.
