DAY 1 – Looking Back: Whose Voice Is This, Anyway?

4:00 PM Arrival at Miralina Resort. Settling into your room, connection, and setting your intention for the work ahead.
5:00 PM Group Dinner
6:30 PM Workshop 1: The Family Script You Were Handed (and Whether It's Still Yours). We trace where the old reactions came from, the comments, the roles, the costume you've been wearing at that table for years — without shame, just clarity.
Retire for the evening

DAY 2 – Building Your Tools

7:30 AM Coffee and light bites (on your own)
8:30 PM Morning Movement & Nervous System Reset
10:00 AM Brunch + Workshop 2: Responding Instead of Reacting. The exact language and pacing for handling a loaded comment in real time; calm, clear, and without losing yourself.
1:00 - 4:00 PM Time at the spa or relaxation
5:00 PM Dinner
6:30 PM Workshop 3: Too Much, Too Visible, Too Real. On being criticized, misunderstood, or judged and learning that none of it is actually danger. This is where real confidence is built.

DAY 3 – Integration & Ownership
