Sharon Feanny is a Jamaican born, world-class wellness expert and longevity specialist with over 30 years of transforming lives through her integrative approach to optimal health. DAY 1 – Grounding • Welcoming • Softening

| 6:00 PM | Welcome Dinner: A vibrant, anti-inflammatory welcome dinner made with fresh, local ingredients — wholesome, nourishing, and lovingly prepared to begin your reset from the very first bite. |
| 7:30 PM | Opening Circle: Gentle Stretch to release tightness from travel. Meet your fellow retreaters and set the energetic tone for the days ahead and call in what you are ready to receive, release, and return to. |

DAY 2 – Release • Awaken • Let Go
| 7:30 AM | Morning Yoga & Breathwork: An energising yoga and breathwork practice with Sharon to ignite your body, open your breath, and reconnect to what's alive in you. |

DAY 3 – Alive • Free • Fully You

| 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Benta River Falls: Nestled in the lush landscapes of Westmoreland, Benta River Falls is one of Jamaica's most breathtaking hidden gems — seven cascading waterfalls, natural pools, and a river environment so serene it feels like the island's best-kept secret. We'll hike up through the verdant landscape to reach the falls, let the water wash away whatever remains to be released, and then surrender to one of nature's most luxurious treatments - a limestone mud ritual, an exfoliating body massage using river mud, known for deeply rejuvenating and softening the skin. Pure, natural, and utterly Jamaican. Before heading back, we'll gather for a delicious Jerk Chicken lunch - because no day in Jamaica is complete without it. |

DAY 4 – Integration. Gratitude. Carry it Home
| 8:00 AM | Closing Morning Practice: Close your journey the way it began — with intention and presence. A gentle, heart-opening gratitude breathwork session flowing into a closing yoga practice. Moving together one last time, honouring how far you've come in just four days. |
| 11: 00 AM | Closing Brunch Circle: A leisurely, nourishing, protein-rich brunch alongside something even more sustaining: reflection, gratitude, and shared commitments. A space to express what shifted, what opened, and what you're carrying home. |
