Tanya Failla Clark and Keisha Whitfield bring a dynamic and deeply knowledgeable approach to Pilates. Trained in classical methods and grounded in real-world application, they focus on helping you understand your body—how it moves, where it compensates, and how to improve it in a practical, lasting way.

Their philosophy is simple:

Meet Tanya Failla Clark

Tanya brings over two decades of experience as a teacher and educator to the Evolve community. Her journey began as a performer with a passion for movement, which naturally led her to Pilates and a career dedicated to helping others. Over the years, Tanya transitioned from student to teacher and eventually to educator, committing herself to the preservation of the Pilates method.

She has invested countless hours in continuing education to enhance her own practice and mentor aspiring instructors through her specialized training and courses. Tanya’s primary focus is understanding the unique needs of the body in front of her, constantly exploring the “why” behind every movement for both herself and her students.

As a true arts enthusiast, Tanya weaves this passion into every session, whether she is working with advanced students, fellow teachers, perinatal clients, or individuals managing physical limitations and injuries. She holds various certifications in Anatomy, Pilates, Yoga, and movement, and is a certified Holistic Health Coach through IIN. Tanya is the founder and owner of Pilates of Plantation in Florida and the creator of “Pilates Bootcamp—A Workshop in Motion.”

Meet Keisha Whitfield

Born and raised in Miami Keisha attended magnet dance programs for primary school, and graduated from New World School of the Arts with a BA in Dance. During her tenure she was introduced to Pilates. Years later while teaching aerial arts, she realized the best way to help her students gain better strength, mobility and body awareness was to bring Pilates into their movement regimen. Keisha jumped head first into the Pilates  world and fell in love with what it did for her and her students. She believes in not only being a teacher, but also a student and consistently uses education as a chance to enhance her teaching for her clientele. Additionally, Pilates has been one of the few movement systems that has helped keep her scoliosis manageable. Keisha’s favorite thing about teaching is watching the students apply the work in their bodies, and seeing their overall progress as a result of that.
