Meet Beth Baker
Beth Baker, the accidental running revolutionary who turned her comical failures into a movement. After spending a year doing everything wrong-from suffocating sports bras to toe-crushing shoes-Beth stumbled her way into falling head over heels (sometimes literally) with running.
Nineteen years and 3,000 converted couch potatoes later, Running Evolution has become Beth’s love letter to everyone who thought they “couldn’t run if being chased by zombies.” Her secret? Creating a community where laughter drowns out the heavy breathing.
About Beth
When not transforming reluctant joggers into gleeful pavement-pounders, Beth can be found consuming concerning amounts of tacos or floating in any available body of water (pools, lakes, puddles—she’s not picky).
As a transformational coach, author, speaker, and host of two podcasts, Beth empowers women to find their voices—and their sneakers. Her mission? “To get as many new runners as possible, increase the awesome community, and laugh while doing it.”
Join Beth’s retreats, where the only thing more abundant than endorphins is the joy of discovering what your body can do when your mind gets out of the way.
